Swedish Massage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $115
120 minutes: $150

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling and kneading to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

This massage does come with your choice of aromatherapy (as available). Up to 3 add ons can be added to any Swedish massage.

This is the most basic massage type and is generally good for just relaxing after a long day or clearing the mind of past stress. This will not include too much focus or attention on knots and this is not dedicated to aches ands pains.

Hot Stone Therapy

90 minutes: $120
120 minutes: $150

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

This massage comes with your choice of aromatherapy

Lymphatic Drainage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $105

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

You will need to drink plenty of water before and after to deter any side effects from lymphatic movement or detoxification. Also, its not recommended to try any strenuous exercise after a lymphatic drainage massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $85
90 minutes: $130
120 minutes: $175

Deep Tissue Massage has absolutely nothing to do with pressure. I can perform a deep pressure relaxation massage and a light pressure deep tissue massage: it's all about goals! Deep Tissue massage addresses the deepest layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronically tense areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get uncomfortable. Unlike other deep tissue massages, I do not believe that pain is gain or that you need to suffer in order to heal. I combine breathing techniques with as many tools in my tool box as needed to gently teach the body how to let go of the tension that's built over the years. Plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Therapeutic (Medical) Massage

60 minutes: $110
90 minutes: $165
120 minutes: $220

Therapeutic massage is designed to rehabilitate and facilitate the healing of damaged and injured muscles. In this massage I use stretch, breathing, resistance and strengthening to work in tandem with either medical or physical therapy professionals to treat ailments such as whiplash, sports injuries, joint replacements and post operation recovery. Therapeutic massage is priced as it is so that I may use what ever modality is needed at the time. Therapeutic massage is also the only massage that I will sell in a pack because it is a massage style that will likely need more than one treatment to truly facilitate the healing process.

60 minute package: 3 for $300, 5 for $500 or 8 for $800.

90 minute package: 3 for $450, 5 for $750 or 8 for $1200.

120 minute package: 3 for $600, 5 for $1000 or 8 for $1600.

This will also be the only massage type available for insurance, Workman's compensation or other restorative type massage.

Chair Massage

30 minutes: $30
15 minutes: $15

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage.

Chair massage can be done for either an individual or corporate (or other large gathering events i.e. weddings, baby showers etc.) event. For individuals, the pricing is simple $1 per minute up to 60 minutes. I can come to you. anywhere over 20 miles from Kokomo will include a travel fee.

Corporate and large events can be priced 1 of 2 ways. The first way, I charge $85 an hour and in that hour I massage as many guests as you have for me to massage absolutely free of charge to the guest. The second way is I can set up and give massages for your group and it is up to each guest to pay $1 per minute.

All mobile services will be charged a $20 gas fee.

All parties over 10 people will be charged a $50 set up and travel fee.

Cupping

60 minutes: $20
90 minutes: $25
120 minutes: $30

Across the board, you will find a myriad of therapeutic objectives for cupping such as detoxification or increased blood flow. While cupping does do those things, what it does best is lift the outer epidermis from the internal myofascial structures of the skeletal muscular system. This is best applied when the muscles become immoveable from the skin, most commonly seen in people with larger muscles.

My goal with cupping is to actually not leave major marks over the body. I accomplish this by using a little bit more oil and continuous movement with the cups.

This treatment uses fractionated coconut oil and plastic/silicone cups, and hot towels.

Cupping can be added to any treatment.

Intra- oral/ TMJ Release

15 minutes: $25
30 minutes: $50

Intra oral massage is massage that is done on the inner cheek, jaw and gums by massaging inside the mouth with gloved hands, of course. This massage is commonly practiced for the release of the TemporoMandibular Joint. The temporomandibular joint includes muscles and joints that connect your lower jaw to your skull and affect chewing. Common signs that the TMJ may need to be released included grinding teeth, sleeplessness, and chronic headaches.

This massage does involve massage from inside the mouth, some what similar to how a dentist may examine your jaw except this feels a lot better!

This treatment can also be added to any massage at $1.75 per minute

If you have any allergies to latex, I will need to know ahead of time please.
